After being passed down from Formula 1, carbon fibre found its place within hyper cars, high-end sports cars and GT cruisers. As this sector of the industry has grown, so has Crosby Composites involvement with a number of the countries leading automotive OEMs.
Formula 1 is the home of carbon fibre technology. Used for its incredible strength-to-weight ratio, it is now used on virtually all areas of the car from the monocoque tub to the wing mirrors.
